Booking Terms and General Information.
Booking Terms
Although no deposit is required for 1 or 2 night stays credit card details
are required to secure the booking. However, for stays of 3 nights or more a deposit is required of 25% of the total charge in order to confirm the booking. This is part payment and is non refundable. The balance is due 14 days before the arrival date.
Payment Information
Payment can be made by personal cheque (with a guarantee card) or by cash. We are able to also accept payment by credit/debit cards.
Cancellations
For any cancellation within 48 hours of the date of arrival, full payment will be required.
Check In Time
Check in time is from 16.00 hours unless by prior arrangement. Check out is required by 11.00 hours on the day of departure to enable the room to be made ready for guests arriving later that day.
